Well everyone, As you know (or do not, or do not care) I had to leave Lusternia in May, and I am now back home in the US, and do not have internet acess, yet. I have been doing my best to stay informed of the events here, but I clearly have much much catching up to do...
Would it be "fair" for me to pull my characters back in, when I return? They had weak IC reasons for my absence and, the GM and those involved were notified that I may be gone for a long, undetermined about of time.
I was just curious as to know, from the RP and game standpoint... start anew or bring back my old chars, that I love and miss so much!
Any thoughts, Ideas?

If you had any connection to Auskelis you should have an easy time bringing your chrachter back in.

I do not think I did, I mean bringing my character back in... as in, a way of accepting and Rp.

That sort of thing. My Pfiles are still in the database... I believe.

Well, we all understand when someone comes back, and don't usually question it.

But if you want a reason, say that you were exploring, or on a quest or something.

It'd be silly if, just because of your absence, you were expected to abandon your already developed character. If you care about IC reasons, just make up something like studying in isolation (or something more creative if you feel like it), like others do, and you're set.

Icly... if I recall correctly... I am "technically" locked away in the black tower in the Glomdoring... but I don't see Yila's Rp floating that far for so long...
Other than that, I went off on a spiritual journey to contemplate the teachings of The Light, and find the true meaning of Compassion.
All together... very very weak. I should get busted by the Rp police right now.
Ok, well thanks everyone... I just noted all of the complants/discussion around people leaving and returning on the boards and wanted to make sure it was "fair".

Well, Yila will be in for a shock as while she was locked in the tower the Glomdoring became a commune and the godess of Compassion is no longer around.

So in all actuallity, it might be lots of fun to come back and react to the changes before doing research on those changes. Then when people ask why your so out of it, you can just say you've been locked in a tower.

Now to ponder what Moralis did to her while being locked away... *shudders*
Do we have access to the ingame news reels, out of game? That would be loads of fun to read 3 months of backnews!

Indeed I am, I wasn't... for about.. 1 day, when my friend wanted to play but could not read well enough to make a char. So she used Simimi for...about 2 hours I would say, while I sat behind her translating things. Simimi is by far my favorite character ever, I can't wait to get back to her.
