Also, if a design has been rejected and you resubmit that same design,
it will not count towards yearly design allotment. Further, if it is a

They don't seem to get through the stuff very quickly, though I suppose they must have a bit of work. I'm still more annoyed at the fact that I'm stuck being a Sayelle because I didn't reject before I married (and divorced assuming that it would be like Imperian, reverting to maiden name).
