Influencing.. stuff.

Sooo.. it dawned on me that we're lacking the Astral/Whatever of influencing grounds. Now this is a greedy suggestion more so than anything, but perhaps this can be looked into in the future as Lusternia develops? A mixture of foes that would make the various skills more useful would be interesting too. It'll probably just turn into another bashing ground (Like Tosha.. doh.gif), but it's worth a shot.

This aside.. I do have a few things I'd like to throw around as well.

AB INFLUENCE HAGGLE

INFLUENCE WITH HAGGLE FOR

Apparently there were a few complaints about not knowing the price of gold for amnesty so I'd like to toss in the haggling skill to give an estimate (Not an exact) on what a mobile-organization leader would take to grant amnesty for enemy status. I don't know if these extra stipulations could be thrown in, but based on the number of offenses the amount would rise for the player in question.

Also, I'd like to see being enemied to mobile organizations holding more weight than it currently does to make Amnesty/Diplomacy/Parley more useful. Of course some organizations are physically weaker than others, but maybe something will be introduced to assist them (Most likely just mobile leaders) like Planar summons or something.

I really don't have anything else at the moment, but if anyone has any ideas/comments feel free to post them.

Amnesty doesn't take gold, you are thinking of parley. Amnesty is free, hence why it is so much higher in the skillset.

You have a decent amount of bad things that happen if you are enemied to a village/plane, mainly that you can not do ANY of the quests, you can not greet the people in the area you are enemied to. You can not influence them, except with parley/amnesty. There are already plenty of pentalities to being enemied to a village/plane. On the planes, the denizens even attack you on sight. Villages are bit more peaceful though, and I'd hate to see that change.

Usually if you're killing them just to kill them then none of that matters anyway. Only roleplay reasons would give the person a reason to be unenemied (Most likely just controlling the village). So if you're going to hunt somewhere that has roleplay implications in the realm then why not a little something extra? (Except the planes/villages. They don't really need anything extra since they're all player controlled at times).
