I believe warriors should get a bonus in strength for a period of time for killing like 25 PC because warriors have an increased chance of dying in the battlefield due to problems such as accuracy and weapon damage. There are more spellcasters anyway because of their attacks killing in one hit while hunting certain NPCs.

First, this isn't true. Warriors actually tend to last longer on the battefield because they can surge can get insane amouts of health (and damage is the primary source of death in group combat). Second, the bolded statement only applies in Newton, that's really about it.
Unknown2005-08-19 23:45:42
Heh, maybe he meant Newton battlefield?
Unknown2005-08-19 23:53:17
I have seen spellcasters be able to kill any warrior with the perfect spell combination.

Like what? Cast freeze Daevos? I don't think it is going to work.

With things like Telepathy out now, there is no limit to what mages can do in the battlefield. They can cause so many problems in the minds of any given person. I learned that first hand.

Well, I assure you that warrior are up to par. Terenas, Daevos, Ixion, Murphy, etc. all prove this over and over.
Unknown2005-08-20 00:00:35
Yes but what about mages like Revan? I am sure Revan could wipe out any warrior provided he gets his spells out in time.

Is this a prank?
Unknown2005-08-20 00:04:46
Why would it be a prank? Revan is possibly one of the strongest mages I have seen in a long time. I really respect him for that.

Revan couldn't hope to last against most decent knights like Daevos, Terenas, Ixion, etc. He'd be creamed in about 10 seconds.

Ok, I think that's settled.

Kaervas2005-08-20 00:44:41
Yeah we just need to get our spells out and we'll kill anyone in one round with ignite.
Unknown2005-08-20 00:46:55
Warriors cast spells too!
Unknown2005-08-20 00:49:01
I have no doubt in the capabilities of warriors like Ixion and Daevos. But against warriors like (sorry for bringing you two in to this)Shiro or Kujo, he would massacre.

Well that's because Shiro and Kujo aren't exactly what we would call... decent.

I was dead serious when I asked if this was a prank.
Unknown2005-08-20 00:51:30
But they are warriors none the less. They would be able to stand a better chance in combat if they had bonuses like my bloodlust proposal.
Kaervas2005-08-20 00:51:44
I've seen Revan decimate entire armies with the flick of his staff, those fog clouds really do hurt people (especially warriors, I hear it's pretty much an instakill against them).
