Let's say Vesar killed me and I have suspect on him. He then later floods a tainted room that I have created (NOT MELDED). By flooding this room, I now have vengeance on him....

Yes this is really annoying, I first of all believe that the inner sea is anything but neutral to a geomancer making a demesne there but that aside, getting vengeance cause you are untainting with aquacast flood, is stupid.
really I'd love to see 3 things
1. inner sea enemy territory for all Magnagorians
2. Sea of Despair enemy territory for all Celestians
3. flooding to be a none agressive act. (unlike forceflood)

This could potentially be bad, as if it became enemy territory, I can just demesne summon whoever enters to the Sea into a bunch of guards. If they make it so you can't demesne summon across areas though, it should be okay...

Well since they already made demesne effects area only, it would be better summon was to. It would make it more fair towards wisp and the likes since those are also areabound now.

You also seem to forget that there are many things needed in both seas by both sides for various quests. If you make them enemy territory, it really hurts those people trying to do those quests.

edit: accually I thought of something else, just make it avechna free when either Ladantine or Marylinth is raised so killing people that defend him won't give you Status.

I agree with Gerald. Flooding/Tainting/Foresting/Infesting a non-melded room shouldn't be an aggressive act against the person who had it previously demesned.

KIND OF. Not really. It's more like borderline. I can see how it would be aggressive if the place was melded (breaking a demesne, is an aggressive act). But if the room is just tainted/flooded/forested and if it's not melded? Getting vengeance status for that is really pushing it.

If it IS that way (I meant more of a code-perspective, as in, "breaking a room that is not melded can make you lose suspect/give avenger?"), then it sounds like a bug to me.

Then make it so any Geo/Aquamancer can do the summon in the respective terrain type. The skill is already 'fair' to Wisp by the fact that it's three Power instead of one, and only one person can do it at any given time...and it -requires- a lot of preparation work.
Wisp is stopped by Monolith Sigils (And I beleive, Shield), but it requires far less work to get prepared, and 50 people can be doing it.

Wrong less work -period-, because it requires -only- foresting, not foresting -and- melding. Which cuts the effort approximately in half (Or, if you want to argue that you need to insert saplings to guard those locations, then it's easily argued we need to put up Terrain for the same reasons - and thus, the work is cut by 1/3).

Theres some odd thing thats making us declare random people and stopping us from forest, flood, etc. Its acting as if unmelded rooms are melded.. then again Ive come across a tainted room and had to declare veonira even though she didnt taint it
