1. Only an owner can use the artifact hammer.

2. Lowering the chance of getting salt & sulfur.

3. I'd like to be able to decide what kind of gem I get.
It could be a skill above mastercut. GEMCUT DIAMOND will get you only diamonds, but at a lower gems rate. You could only get 1 gem per cut that way, 3 with a hammer. No powerstones (and maybe no salt & sulfur).

I'm not entirely sure why I'm posting it since nobody cares and nothing will be changed, but whatever.

How do you explain being able to pick what gem a certain rock has inside?

And only letting the owner use any artifact would be a nice change.

What I want most for jewelry:

Power Sigil (50 cr):
Attached to non-decay jewelry, allows it to be enchanted.

Since most, well all jewellery to my knowledge that isn't divinly made, decays i'm guessing you want this for order items and such?

And wedding rings

Wedding rings do not decay. That's why they cost an arm and a leg to make (approximately 100 to 200 comms, from metals to gems.) Engagement rings now decay *eye Charites and mutter* as do promise rings, and any other form of non-Divine created jewelry.

Here's an idea for jewelry...

Make powerstones stockable in the Rift.

Yeah. The Hartstone Circlet is non-decay, and so is my arti Brooch. I don't see how it would hurt jewelers, since the only thing they can make non-decay are wedding rings, and it would cost 100 credits to have the item customized and then attach the sigil. And even then, the enchantments themselves are still limited.
