that braodsword isn't half bad, rapier is average though.

Out of curiosity, with the great runes on, what were the stats?

As described in HELP ARTIFACTS OFFENSIVE:

Puissant Knight: +5 to each
Cosmic Knight: +10 to each
Vernal Knight: +15 to each

I recently had Cosmic on the rapier and Puissant on the broadsword.

Yeah, that rapier is pretty mediocre though it's ready for runing, it's not particularly what you would want since it's not high precision or speed.

Yeah. The rapier was made way back when it used to be to-hit and I was trying to make sure I landed a blow with each swing.
