Do you conglutinate on Elemental/Cosmic planes if you are standing at your nexus? And does it cost no experience at all?

Without the conglutination skill, I mean.

Because apparently that's what happens. Is it meant to be like that? I thought conglut took on average around 3-6% experience.

I think the nexus room of each plane is considered a part of the city. Hence conglutination.. don't quote me on it though.

Whereas it used to be, the last time I checked the nexus room off-prime was adjusted to be a room of that plane instead of a room in the city. The reason for this was because of the city mechanics (at least that's my best guess). You cannot forcefully summon/beckon someone into a city. As a result, it was impossible to beckon people into the guards... so it was changed to be a room of the respective plane so you could. The downside is that I don't think you conglutinate there.

Well, I killed Kahazul at the Earth nexus, he conglutinated but then said he didn't lose any experience (and I certainly didn't gain any )

Well, conglutination works in two ways:

1. You conglutinate in neutral/home territory
2. You conglutinate in enemy territory

In neutral/home territory, you lose at tops like 2%. If you are high leveled, you might not lose a single %. This isn't to say you don't lose experience - you do. It just isn't evident.

In neutral territory, conglutinate costs twice as much as a vitae death. Scale from there.
