up intill now i have been using the source code for rapscallion,but without any documentation for it i can't set up a system can anyone suggest a good client for mac that would let me set one up,or if anyone has a link to documentation for rapscallion that would help immensely.

If you're a decent programmer, and know how to operate Mac behind the GUIs, I suggest you use
Tinyfugue.
It has a difficult learning curve so unless you're willing to spend some time learning it, don't bother. If you do learn it though, you won't regret it.
NOTE: This does not have any fancy GUI stuff like zMUD. It's completely CLI.

Also, when I Was on a mac 5 years ago, I used Rapscallion, which I thought was amazing for its time.
