Does vestiphobia work with paralysis?

I do not believe you strip while paralyzed, but I could be wrong.

Affliction is good, but you don't need Dark Pact at end-game. Toss that in favor of a tasty SM/Ruin build for end-game raids. I still recommend a Conflag build, but only if you don't mind reducing yourself to drinking constantly.
