True disfavors irk me so I'm not going to be back until mine fades. Without drawdown or toadcurse, my entire offense is neutralized; however, I do think there will be a lesson learned from all of this:

If Fain wants to disfavor people when they defile shrines used to attack people in the Catacombs, I can only imagine what might happen next time Magnagora tries to raid Raziela and defiles that Hajamin shrine there. And if something bad does happen, we can all reflect back upon Narsrim's 3 day truedisfavor to recall who set the standard.

It's a shame that someone who's shown himself able to draft a well-written post would stoop to this. Get over it? Do something besides kill? Take your vacation without taking the opportunity to get in a cheap shot?

Exactly. Fain disfavored us then told his followers so they could mock us over something we had no control over. We didn't go out and defile shrines initially - we were attacked with worldburn (several times) so we acted accordingly.

You could easily hunt the catacombs without defiling the shrines.We can't worldburn but so much, and you both should be pleased with using His essence.

You defile, you run the risk of getting a disfavour. Get over it.

You see, disfavors do not show up on your description. Someone actually made a crack about it before I even realized I was disfavored (I had yet to check my messages). So... someone must be psychic or something... because there is no way anyone would have known if I hadn't told them unless Fain told someone.

People are enemied to Fain's order for hunting in Shallamar, for the sole purpose of worldburning. If Fain allows his order members to do this, he should realize said shrines WILL be defiled.

I'll give you Lisaera on that one, but Hajamin (or his order) already do many of these tactics. If you are looking for the King order of cheaping people, look no further than that. I won't even lay out the countless people that were enemied to his order for the sole purpose of Worldburn, and they freely admit that when asked. I was enemied to it, and Worldburned, yet have never touched a single shrine to Hajamin nor made a public slanderous comment. Finally got in touch with the member who took the initiative, and it was simply stated that the WB wasn't hitting me.

I agree disfavours for defiling is a bit much, but the cheapness is coming from almost all sides already.

Edit: As far as blaming Mag for things, I clearly recall when Mag used Fain shrines to worldburn and protect their interests. Forum posts fired up calling it cheap and pathetic. Suddenly, Hajamin uses his shrines for defensive purposes and it is called STRATEGY. Lovely and ironic. As much as you bitch about Magnagora being cheap, you have only to look at other groups as well.
