When someone RESIGNs a position, can it be put into the guild/city/commune logs?

Just noticing Gregori resigning has Hartstone champ isn't in the logs, so. Just curious

Or...

Writelog Hartstone Attention: Gregori has resigned from the position of Heir of Glinshari.

He probably assumed it would show, and there's few others who can writelog.

Why should someone have to writelog when just about everything else shows up in the log?
