I heard something about "aetherships", and I wanted to know if anyone had an idea of what they were?

Think Final Fantasy crossed with the Magic the Gathering ship the Weatherlight.

The Weatherlight thingummer was probably before my little Magic phase.

I started playing when Mirrodin came out. I can't spell it. sad.gif

It would be cool if there was a craft that let you make ships... and stuff

Actually, Spelljammer is probably the closest thing to them. The planes system here is loosely based of DnD's, after all.

I miss Spelljammer. I never got to play, but had 4 of the 6 books. (The novels. They ROCKED.)

Wait, is this actually a reference to something IG?
Unknown2005-10-28 02:44:10
No, this is something I was curious about OOC. But I guess it's something IC too.. I'm not really sure...

They were referring to the airship in Deepnight, which if we took the next closest thing, it would be kind of like Setzer's ship in FF6, seeing as how its going to be a casino ship.

It's tethered by a massive chain, and no one knows if it flies, as it has never left Deepnight. The IC explaination for it "flying" is that I keep it up, because Deepnight is just an extension of my thoughts and ideas.

The airship is also the only rooms we have not yet bought (indicated in white). Here's the most current map: http://img426.imageshack.us/my.php?image=map0mn.png

Hope that solves the mystery!
