Drink allheale after his demon attacks, then....umm....try to quickening and kill with Damage, otherwise his hexes will lock you. I have been advised that killing with damage as a Nihilist is impossible, unless the person is so bad that you could have killed them any other way if you wished.

Killing with damage is possible against a guardian: it's usualy warriors that are just too darn tanky for damage.

Meanwhile, the big thing with a fight like that is to know what's being thrown at you ASAP and curing it. Diag anything you can't figure out, allheale regularly, and cure anything you can figure out as soon as you can. That includes webs, ailments that have secondary messages (i.e. Vapors and the promp dissapearing), the demon attacks (annoying to figure out what message means what ailments but much easier once you learn it), and so on.

The first issue: you need to focus on curing asap. Right from the start Balizar was about to get 7 ailments into you that you didn't know before you Diaged, 3 came and you decided to attack instead. That's not something you can do with a Nihilist. Make the first priority ensuring that you aren't disabled (peaced, paralysed, webbed, ext.) THEN worry about attack.

I kill some not too good mugwumps with damage. Demon on shackles, torture when it hits, cosmicfire. They actually die from that, but that's ~2k health for ya.

Guido: my advice to you is to save up the credits to trans Nihilism/Necro/Tarot. It's very difficult to participate in combat actively if you don't have some token skills: I know I was crap until I got things like shieldparry, tumble, focus mind, etc. (Still crappy, but less so.) And remember that I'll probably be buying some credits around Christmas, and may feel inclined to share.

Okay, what the hell. That's the second time in a row that all of my autosippers have dissapeared during a duel, as well as my auto-sting trigger. The rest of them look like they're working fine, though, and they all work out of the arena.

No armour, actually, because I just recently went Nihilist and my great robes rotted. And I'm piss-poor.
