As long as you are standing, you can walk around with an amputated leg. However you can't stand once you are prone, nor can you tumble, or leap.

I think all active broken mangled or amputated legs should render the person prone

Yep it does suck unless a pureblade can get legtendon before hand or a axelord can get kneecap. I do feel it is stupied that with one leg they are able to hobble away and let alone stay standing. And regeneration cures it.

technically once yer leg is amuputated you can hobble off.. weapons, items, or just jumping on one leg... so being able to move shouldnt be removed

Why can't you tumble though? I'd prefer it to be you can't walk at all, but you can get down on the floor and roll around.

That's just because I like being able to escape (read: survive) the Big Bad Warriors though.

I think tumble and roll should be 5 seconds standardixed, that allows someone to try and interrupt it once you start it

If you tumble while amputated, you should move in a random direction, if at all. The missing limb throws your normal balance off, causing you to roll kinda sideways, like a lopsided ball or something. So you roll in a semi-circle instead of a straight line. And you would get dirt in your gaping leg wound, too! Hygine is important for successful regrowth of limbs!

The cure for amputate limb is regeneration salve, which reduces it to mangled limb. You then need to apply regeneration one more time to heal the mangled status.

While Legtendon is good for Pureblade, Kneecap does nothing except prevent you from stancing. Currently there is a misweave that it is the Axelord who is actually knocked out of combat stance. Other than that, you can still walk, run, stand etc after your kneecap is destroyed.

really worked here. They are probably fixed, though we will have a few

I believe he is working with the assumption that the impact required to completely sever a limb would, of necessity, be forceful enough to knock someone down off their remaining, suddenly lone, leg and making more sense to only require one leg amputated, not two.

That's not the way it came out. He took something Roark said, stating that you would fall only if BOTH legs were amputated, and is saying that due to that, you should fall at one leg. Especially since he calls it a misweave, when it's working exactly as Roark stated in the very post he quoted.

Does it really matter if it stops tumble? If you can hit someone enough without them healing to amputate, it seems like you're not doing someone right if they're not dead by then. Anyone but another warrior will be long dead by that point if they've stuck around.

Also, 5 seconds to tumble? A warrior (not all, but enough) can kill me from full health, with me sipping and sparkling, in that time.

It does seem extremely silly though that having a leg cut off doesn't knock you down. I mean, I can stand on one leg for a long time if need be, but I can't suddenly shift my weight enough to not fall over if I suddenly lose a leg. And walking around?
