This morning, I started this 12 lb turkey, had it in the oven for 2 hours, took off the foil, waited another half hour, opened the oven and realized it was nowhere near warm enough. So, I start checkin, and the oven isn't working... So I panic, I pull the turkey out... (Which is only about half done)... Pull the oven away from the wall, and start tryin to get it to work... Nothing works, so finally I give up, give it a strong kick, and shove it back in place and leave it be for ten minutes while I sit and think. Then I come back, and notice the thing was still turned on, I open the door, and its working again...!!

I swear... The damn thing is possessed and just loves to torment me sometimes. So after that I told it to keep workin or I'd have to get physical with it again. biggrin.gif

Turkeys almost done now I think.

Heh, good thing you 'fixed' it. I'm not thinking microwave turkey really works.

Who needs a full turkey? Run over to your nearest amusement park and buy one of those roast turkey legs! supper.gif

I was too lazy to cook a turkey this year because of work so I bought one from Honey Baked Ham. Mmmm mmmm mmmm.

*Chuckles* Thing is, I love cooking, so the turkey wasn't that big a deal... Acctually Thanksgiving isn't so hard to cook... Mashed potato's, Fruit salad, Turkey, Stuffing, Sweet potato's, and a couple pies.... Forked over enough left overs to last me a month! biggrin.gif

Just so long as all my appliances work at least... dry.gif
