So, after hearing lots and lots and lots of horror stories about xbox 360 and them not working right and having to be sent back, I decided that I don't want one for Christmas any more. Will probably wait until march or so. Also, I'm on my third xbox because I rushed getting that, and having to return a system or ponder repairs or buying a replacement system isn't something I really enjoy going through. Alright, so I save $200, and so do my parents (we were splitting the cost, felt bad asking for something that costs $400), but now that the only reason that I was looking forward to Christmas is gone, I need ideas as to what to ask for. So, my question to you is: What do you all want for Christmas? I need ideas...

Or, if you have an xbox 360 and its working fine, you can share that too

Eh.. get it anyway? Maybe there'll be a class action settlement like with the old PS2s and you'll benefit from it.

I want this for Christmas...clothing optional

Mummy just gave me a few hundred dollars to go Xmas shopping with, so I'm gonna buy new clothes. Love clothes.

Mine is working perfectly, though it has crashed Halo 1 three times. No problems on Halo 2, no problems with the 360 games, and none of those overheating problems I've heard of. I actually have mine in a well ventillated area, as opposed to -some- people.

I asked for a gig of RAM, and/or two boxes of Ravnica. Playing WoW with 256kb is hell.

My brother put a fan underneath his ps2 and it never overheated.. Could try that if you are worried.

I have the vertical stand for my slim ps2. Never once had a problem with it either.

I lost my PS2 vert stand.

And I really want a slim version, they're sweet. Makes the normal PS2 look like a clunky cow.

The slim version is pretty good, but better than that it's a LOT quieter. (When my old one broke we got a slim one. Nice stuff.)

I asked for a pretty green budgie to keep my blue budgie some company. I fully expect to get it, seeing as I'm building a bigger cage, and I'm the one buying the gift!

We had a green budgie and bought a pretty blue one to keep it some company, what a coincidence!

(The blue one turned out to be evil and relentlessly attacked the green one, budgies are demonic that way, but whatever.)

Well, I happen to think a nice green/yellow would offset the blue, as I have trouble with colours...

And, you just need to treat your budgies nicely. My budgie loves to fly onto my shoulder and nibble at my necklace, or fall asleep since it's more comfy than a wooden perch.

Oh, they both treated US nicely enough, it was each other they seemed to hate.

EDIT: And nothing for Xmas here, since I don't like buying presents for people unless they give me a list specifically so it would be horribly hypocritical of me.

Did you just shove them both into the same cage the same day you brought the new budgie home, or did you give them time to get used to eachother, in seperate areas, first?
