So I was poking through my bookmarks, and found this:
Speedcubing.com
I was just wondering if anyone here can solve a randomized Rubik's Cube in 2 minutes, with their feet. Because that would be cool. I'm trying to decide whether that's neater than being able to do it in 22 seconds one handed.

What's more important is... how in the bloody hell do you solve a rubik's cube blindfolded AND set a record?
Suhnaye2005-12-15 04:08:02
They're blindfolded after they look at it more than likely, so if they have a perfect memory, they don't need to see it, as long as they have a point of reference to start from. As for the time... I don't have a fuggin clue... I haven't tried to do a rubiks cube for a looooong time, but I remember it took me ages to get it right.

How on earth do you solve one at all? Puzzle games were never my forte.

I broke mine and put it back together. Family thought I was a genius.
Edit: Hate how I misspell genius. Hard to claim that I am one if I keep that up

I could never do a rubix cube...I suck at that kind of thing. Too many things for my mind to cope with at once.

I peeled the stickers off and put them in the right spots.

How to Solve a Rubik's Cube
You hope you haven't screwed up your cube by moving the stickers or putting it back together wrong, and then memorize one of the algorithms, and then practice. A lot.

It's actually not very cool. There was this kid, thank god he graduated who did nothing but show how bloody fast he could solve his cube. Granted, the rest of his personality might not have been peachy, but the rubix thing is just....creepy after a while.

I used to have one to play on the long journeys back home in bus or metro. It was fun, absorving and I managed to get it done! Once
