Besides nerfing 2 handers, only thing that can be done is applying health to head. Your health was still very high and you could have applied without worry.

Well, in that particular case, your only hope is to use Gedulah or the Lowmagic equivalent (Green i think) to get out of that lock.



Other than that...

Ravlok's axe is disgustingly overpowered with all the runes on it .

That wasn't a lock, that was scalp and slickness. Nothing to stop eating.

With my hood raised Daevos did 2556 head wounding to me in the first assault. I'm not fighting that, else I would have ended like Athana.

Thing is even if you apply health to head, it only heals about 800.. and he can do over 2500+ in -one- attack. How can you possibly even think of ever outcuring that? Even if you shildwhore.. no way sorry.

He and Daevos beheaded me in 3 moves.
When they jumped on me Astral once i didnt even had chance to apply health to head i was out of health balance cose i was fighting with two lobstrosities.
Its plain wrong tha you can do instakill in 4 seconds.

Shield and rebounding dont even counter that. The sweeps go straight through no matter what. I dont even think he even has his wounding runes yet...

Actually, he does. Two lvl 2 wounding runes, 1 lvl 2 stat rune and 2 lightning runes. He also always put forging runes on his weapons. Now take in consideration that his precision is over 500... and you're in a world of pain.

Are numbers of runes that you can use limited?

Armour: One for blunt, one for cutting, one for armour status. +10 per run.
Weapons: One for precision, one for damage, one for speed. +10 per hand used on the weapon.

I'm.. not sure HOW you can deal with that. Web and whatnot to slow him down and hinder him I guess, but, like others have said, even with health application, I doubt you could recover from that.

Guess you could run around, hit em with the demense (make sure to dissolve), use stancing for when his power is too low, so on.

But...wow.. that was....just wow.

I want to an artifact runed athame.

Sorry to say it but most dont have a chance against that axe stuff like this made me not ask Ekard to make me Greataxe cause I know now we are gonna get nerfed. The only way i see to fix this is to get rid of wounding runes all together. Also you can put 2 of any type of rune on a two handed weapon.
