Since there's a potionlist, magic list, etc, I thought it would be neat to have an artifact list as well.

First, lets have a keglist... and with the jewlery runes. artifactlist would be odd.

Well, since it only takes 50cr to make something an artifact...

Why not just make it a command? Most of the realm isn't going to need it if implemented anyway.

If you lose track of which artifacts you have it probably means you're not making use of them, though.

just about every artifact on jewlery is passive.

Though what I would love to see would be some sort of decay-list. With that command you would get a list of all decay times of your items in your inventory and those you wear.

But what if you have multiple runes on an item?

Dunno, guess you'd have to probe the item. After all, the runes make the item an artifact, and you're looking at a list of all artifacts.
