My zmud trial recently ran out. I found the program rather buggy anyway. For some reason it would crash on me a lot when writing my own scripts etc. I found portal out there and thought about giving it a try for 30 days as well. It seems like a pretty stable program so far. I'm still learning to set it up and get all my buttons and triggers redone as well as my map.

Does anyone else here use portal? If you do, can you tell me what you think of it?

I backed up all my zmud settings, including my huge lusternia map. So, if i decide that i don't like portal either i can purchase zmud at just import all my old settings.

Portal

I used it for a while before I began to use zMUD. I thought it was quite nice, not as powerful scripting capabilities as zMUD, but it was pretty good.
