I have been seeing this more and more, and its really starting to get on my nerves. The invest powers are -supposed- to hit randomly, but this seems anything but random.

You were unlucky I believe.
Which doesn't change my opinion that it shouldn't do double attacks with the same power scourged/harrowed (when there's more than one invested).

Like in this case, you just completely wasted 10 power.

Indeed. Double attacks ARE useless when the same attack hits. This is a prime example of a waste of 10 power, like you said.

The only thing that prompted me to post this is the fact that this almost always happens to me - and switching around the invest powers a little like using the order of paralysis, anorexia, stupidity, shackles, shackles, doesnt help one bit.
