Does it no longer work on strikes? You did far more strikes than smite downs... in fact, you only hit his head twice with smite downs.

yeah i noticed it in my spars with other people. Pulped someone after a concussiona dn got double black eye....

Nico is a squire, hmm, happen to know what type of helmet he has?

even if he has a champion helm, i smited his head a couple of times after the concussion (which is at critical mind you) and it still didn't go, before the recent change it was a certainty after getting a concusiion.

After those crushes his head would've been WELL into critical....any admins confirm or deny the changes?

You got a concussion, then you only did two smite down head hits after that. Why didn't you keep trying them after you had done more head strikes? I don't think it would be a *guaranteed* bashbrain on the concussion, behead doesn't actually work that way... it's not "guaranteed" until further into critical.

7600 is MORE than enough, i know he puered but i hit it a few more times to make up for it...

A few other guys seems to feel its been changed too, i'm not complain per se, i'm just asking if its been ninja'd by the admins.

I'd just like to add in off topic that delayed regeneration cures for some afflictions was something added with absolutely no (read: NO) testing and as such is ridiculous.

As you can see in this log: concussion and fractured jaw can be dealt at the same time -and- even if the target apply regeneration to head to cure concussion on a delay, the chances are that he or she will be hit with another concussion by the time it finally heals.

This is the same as sliced tendon for blademasters. I tested with Terenas a while back and once a leg is low enough, you will hit with a sliced tendon so often that it is regained almost immediately after being cured, usually during pin leg.

It annoys me that instead of giving Pureblades and Axelords special, new afflictions such as a sliced tendon equivalent that had a delay, delays were added for all regeneration cures without any foresight whatsoever into how it would impact BMs and BCs /rant

actually getting to concussion is kind of difficult, and especially the regen delay on the legs is the staple lock for a bonecrusher. Against anyone good the ONLY way to win if to mangle both legs and keep them down while you beat on their head.

Its avoidable like other classess offence, but its also one of the only things we have to close the deal

That's really a huge nerf it was changed. I hope the admins respond to your request to confirm such.

If nothing was changed, I'm not even sure if such bad luck is possible.

Maybe this should be tested in the arena to be sure of just how much of a change has happened?

Ummmm... The AB file for Bashbrain has always said SWING only.... so I'm confused...

From my recent testing it doesn't seem like they've changed it, so perhaps this log should serve as a reminded to people complaining about warriors, that its possible to get a string of bad luck like this.

bah yes it IS a swing only. But you'll see my 2-3 smitedowns failed to proc with a bashbrains at what HAD to be 7k+ wounding to the head

I think they have made behead/bashbrain harder to get in general in response to all the stupid assaults to beheads. I notice it took a ton of swings for me to get a behead the other day, even though I know the persons head was well into critical. Maybe it was just bad luck, but with 18 dex I doubt it.

I was beheaded rather quickly, on 4th hit to the head and I was healing, by Ciaran just two days ago. Not sure about Bashbrain, but Behead is still reliable as ever.

Has only been feeling strange since yesterday to me.

Just been beheaded again by Ciaran 10 minutes ago.

He assaulted my head twice (and got a slitthroat on the second one but that's beside the point), I webbed, moved a bit. He caught up and assaulted my head again, I ran. He followed and cleaved which I parried completely. (All this time, since the first assault, I have been applying health to my head.) I moved again, and he barged and assaulted (4th time), and my head came off.
