So I looked a little bit and didn't notice a petition system. If there is one, or is something similar, feel free to correct me.
Otherwise, I don't know if this is true with all guilds and whatnot, but the envoy I'd work directly with is gone, and before that he wasn't too active often. I know at least, that there are plenty of positions out there neglected with a semi-inactive if not totally inactive person.
And yeah, this works directly with the whole warrior thing, but is also something I thought might be nice. Being that if we have lazy envoys (and I've never said that in this post, just saying), and an issue has mucho attention from a good deal of the playerbase, it can still see legitimate attention from the administration/divinity.
Not really sure about specifics, other than it should be a function accessible only by players who can mentor(playing time), and guild rank six or some such. I'll leave the rest to anyone who feels this is necessary, since if nobody else feels that way it dosn't much matter anyway.

If your envoy is lazy/absent. Speak to your Guildmaster/Patron about having him changed. Or post here.

Just, out of curiosity, what is an Envoy suposed to do? I always thought that it was just a useless thing, but I could be wrong

They present skill problems and ideas to the gods, and help get bad things changed, and good things implemented.

What do you mean by 'petition system'? If you want to talk to the gods, there's ISSUE, IDEA, and BUG.

IDEA doesn't get looked at, and there is also PRAY (GOD) is supposed to get their attention. Or you could just go to their room in their room in the Fulcrux and SAY what you want to ask...

I don't know. As others (including some divine I think) have said: If your Envoy is being lazy/inactive then they need to be changed. If your guild leadership is too lazy/inactive to deal with the Envoy then they need to be contested.
Meanwhile, if you don't have anyone who can replace the leadership/envoy then giving them a voice won't change anything (If you DO have people who can give a proper voice to the issues then 1st priority should be making them the leadership/Envoy).

It's not a good idea to just randomly "msg Fain Hey, yo, umm I don't like how conclave is bugged, can you fix it?"
I'm sure that I would go if I ever did that.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that the reason that the various administrator titles existed was to enable Gods to separate their Roleplay from their administrative duties... so that Gods should never be contacted with anything OOC.. Though inevitably that's bound to be contradicted by the role of the Patron in a Guild.

Forums defintly need Petitions...
Someone writes a paragrpha and you just sign in your name if you agree.
Would be cool to have that ingame as well, but not sure why it would be needed.
