I would love it if the following minifeatures were added:
SHIP STATUS showed the ship's maximum hull as well as current hull, similar to in SCORE.
SHIP QUICK LOOK, which would be just like SHIP LOOK, but only show the things in the sector, not the full description as well.
SHIP SURVEY - shows you what plane of aetherspace you are in, and the terrain you are in.
GRID JOIN and GRID REMOVE worked while in dock.
GRID WHO was usable by anyone with the CHANNEL skill and showed everyone currently linked to the grid as well as what ship's grid you were linked into. "The following people are interlinked with (shipname)'s empathy grid:"

Also, it would be nice if 1 Energy = 2 Power when put into a Nexus. Currently, 1 Energy from a collector = 2 Power when put into a ship and 1 Power when put into a nexus, and 1 Power from a Nexus = 1 Power when put into a ship.
However, if it is by design that siphoning from vortecies is more efficent when putting power into the ship than into a nexus, I guess it makes sense.

GRID MODULES would be nice to be able to use in dock as well.
Also, it would be nice if crew had an option to turn off movement descriptions entirely. So that all they see is '(ship) glides to the west in the Aetherways.' '(ship) glides to the southwest in the Aetherways.'

Or how about not even that? Completely turn off movement messages? Perhaps a set of options, like "SHIPMOVE (NONE|BRIEF|FULL|MAP)" instead of the mapshow option? None wouldn't show movement at all, brief would show just the direction moved, full would show the direction and what's in the room, and map would show everything and the map?

Nah, I like some forced message at least. You should be able to feel the movement, and you can't be kidnapped while not paying attention.

Well, that should be up to the individual. There are times when I'd really not like to see anything to save on spam.

Yeah, but if you're following in someone's entourage, can you configure it so you don't see them move?

Please tell me when you follow in someone's entourage while moving 1,200+ rooms as fast as possible?

Very true.
Ok.
Ok.

I could, true, but still, not everyone can gag.
