Certainly. I'm just glad the guild I'm in is so tolerant of my silly questions. My current best is being unable to swim just because I typed "Se" instead of "se," which the module doesn't seem to recognize.

What are you using to connect to Lusternia? Nexus?

Yes, I'm using whatever the main site lets me use. Is there a better module out there for me to use?

I prefer ZMUD but it costs money.

That said, Nexus doesn't take capital letters. Lost a debate to Kaervas because my caps lock got stuck on "on", and I didn't notice, but my sipping aliases weren't working.

Well, I recommend downloading mushclient, personally, as it's free. And Ethelon's free system in the mechanics section if you aren't too comfortable writing script yourself. Script-writing is key to combat and such in these games.

The "Se" thing doesn't work only when you're swimming. Try it, or maybe it's just because I'm not the brightest crayon in the box...

I am really just recommending something other than the webpage client, while on the topic of clients. It's not very powerful compared to others, and if you get too used to it, you may never switch :peer Nejii: The wonderful thing about Nexus though is that you can use it anywhere you have internet access.

So... All I have to do is download the Mush thing, and follow instructions for superior gameplay? Sounds good.

If you know how to script, I think you'll find anything that isn't nexus easier to use. Nexus, because it is webbased, can be rather difficult at times to deal with, I find. If you download Ethelon's system, you'll find it much easier for you in the long run once you get used to it, since his system will help you cure afflictions and the like. So, if someone poisons you with crotamine, you'll automatically sip antidote potion if you can, or if they make you dizzy, you'll eat some kombu if you have it. Trying to handle cures yourself in the middle of a battle can be really, really difficult.

Nexus isn't so bad, it just makes it difficult to automate or simplify a lot of the commands and reactions you need to use in the game. It does look very pretty though.

Ok, but my question is where do I download the client itself? I went to the Mechanics forum and dl'ed the update, but it's not the system itself.
