So, we have a new mysterious immortal. Even though I know its just a way for Matt to officially have a presence in every world, any ideas IC where he fits in on the cosmic scheme?

I would assume that it's just so he can post on the announce board, which i would think is Immortal only, hence why, and well, he -might- have some RP value, but i highly doubt that.

The Announce board isn't IC. The Events board is the IC 'announce' one. I don't see that post as being IC at all, and I don't see why the CEO of IRE needs to exist in an IC fashion in Lusternia if he doesn't want to. Getting OOC information to players needs to happen - that's why the announce board exists.

It would be cool if he could marry Estara or something...

Well, technically, as powerful as Estarra is, Roark mentioned during the Kethuru event that she is neither omnipotent or omniscient, as Sarapis was in Achaea. So maybe this god represents that which rules the 4 worlds.

Just curious, but since He was Sarapis... Has he ever really fit in when he did his overlordly mojo on an IRE realm?

I believe he mentioned somewhere that he no longer manages Achaea in person, but rather oversees all the IRE games, in a vague administrative way.

I'm sure if he really wanted to he could sneak into one of them and make a mortal charactor, if he enjoys playing these types of games,as all of us do, he could.
