My system has IMPROVED with new features! Features such as..
- Wound Tracking
Now you can automatically heal your wounds depending on what was hit, so you never have to check WOUNDS again.
- Auto Rebounding/Sparkleberry
Automatic rebounding always puts up rebounding when you attack, and when you get razed. Also, you now automatically eat sparkleberry whenever you need it, depending on how much health/mana you have.
- Pipe Refilling/Lighting
Automatically lights your pipes and refills them, so you never have to worry about them again.
- All Cures
Curing system which has all potion, salve, herb, and diagnose cures. Based on queues, and the priorities are easily customizable!
All of these features can be turned on/off at your leisure, and all are highly customizable. As new things are added and discovered in Lusternia, I will be sure to update my system accordingly. Support and updates are free, but I will be raising the price of my system to 10 credits, however, it is still the cheapest zMUD system out there!
If you're interested, be sure to PM me or send me a tell/message ingame as Selwin.

Aw, man! I'm just going to start giving away my system and just sell the add-ons and the support.
Unknown2006-03-12 15:39:11
Does it have the affliction lines?

The affliction lines? Well, it wouldn't be much of a system without them.

Just missing a parry system then you could get a lot of the lower knights to buy this. Nice system for 10cr

Hmm, a parrying system.. nice idea! I'll work on that.
Unknown2006-03-14 02:03:43
Yeah a lot of people have a hard time with that so guess what auto parry makes it great, and more appealing
Asarnil2006-03-14 02:18:02
I loved fighting people with auto-parry. You can usually tell the way the system works within the first 30 seconds or so of fighting, and once you know that you can abuse it with ease. Personally I turn mine off and have a few small aliases that queue the changes as soon as I get balance/eq/etc back.
Unknown2006-03-14 02:32:12
Well mine is not that last hit crap, mine is based off of other things that I am not saying so you don't find a way to break it. but for noobs i do have a last hit option thats kinda funny.
Asarnil2006-03-14 04:04:19
Sorry froggy, but pretty much ALL autoparry/stancing is able to be broken, and any competent warrior will pick up the patterns within it in short order in combat.
ferlas2006-03-14 10:05:28
I only look after instakillable parts and my legs, I figure as long as I can run away its all good
Laysus2006-03-14 10:23:10
I use autoparry, some people can break it, some can't. If they can, I can tumble!
Shryke2006-03-15 06:42:25
Ya, manual parry is the way to go.. Once you automate everything else Including breathing (RL breathing that is... I have it as a toggle button)
Murphy2006-03-16 02:06:28
I use autoparry but i've put a significant amount of work into it.
Personally i'd rather fight manual parriers than someone who uses a good autoparry, I know against a manual parrier i can work him over with some well placed combos, and even with highlights its hard to follow the spam.
On that note though, i've put the same amount of work into just autoparry/stance/wound curing as the whole rest of my curing system. So unless you either buy mine or spend a LOT of time fighting as a knight and fighting against them and build your own, probably better to go manual.
The crappier autoparriers are really easy to take apart, and parry last is sensational to fight against!

Hmm, I guess I'm showing my ignorance here, but what's wrong with just auto-parrying your most damaged location? Surely thats what I want to stop you from hitting, while I try and cure it up?
Shryke2006-03-17 00:49:35
well, you can mess that up by rotating around, working wounds up on every limb, and you can easily tell where it's going to parry, therefore bypassing it

Thats kind of what I do, if my heads hurt at all I try to keep it parried, if the chest is at high medium wounds parry it to avoid heart pierce, just stuff like that seems to keep me alive alright I dont catch many hits but I dont die to many insta kills as long as I can remember to pick my my shield after my knuckles get rapped.
Murphy2006-03-17 14:27:38
As far as parrying the most damaged location, against me i will work up a limb, and then mess you up via knockdown since you can't parry prone.
Failing that (IE you parry one and stance the other) One tactic is to really put some wounding onto your head until you parry it, then probe your legs for stancing. If you're smart and have stanced your legs, then i'll go for gut or chest and see how your parry moves.
With a less advanced autoparry I can usually set up a situation even against some of the better players where I can get a lot of combos in on an area, even if its the arms. Ideally when you know you can hit a part very quickly, IE some people parry head 100, and stance legs or even if they are better sometimes they just won't move their parry off their head, in which case you can envenom with chaybdon and really punish them for not moving parry or stances.
Anyway, parrying the most damage limb and stancing whatever isn't always the best way to go about it, a good parry should be dynamic, and should be able to recognise when someone is going to town on a limb, even if it just changes the parry once and then moves against when someone hits parry (IE parry chest 100, enemy hits parry and then parry moves back to the most damaged limb, as no-one is going to hit your chest when you've just parried it)
