I wanted to buy some credits for myself, but I asked Sierus if I could just buy his manse for him. I bought 500 credits on him in Imperian, and he came out of inactivity on Lusternia, and transferred the manse over. It was just sitting there, and he is my godson, so it made sense. Then I destroyed 31 of the rooms, made about 2.5 million gold, then sold the other two and the forge for 200 credits. So, essentially, I spent 300 credits (because I have 200 back, and bound them for lessons in aethercraft) and got 2,325,000 gold, whereas if I'd just gotten normal credits and sold them at 3800, I'd have only made 1,140,000 gold.

I think I did pretty good. That's why I'm Richter.

No, I work in customer service at a major insurance company. But I suppose I'm somewhat business-minded, that sort of thing has always interested me, even in elementary school, when the teacher let us run our own shops once a week with real items, and we used tickets for currency.
