I think after awhile, if you dont attack or kill any of the denizens in a village or territory you will be unenemied. Like I am enemied to the Kelpies did it when I was a member of Glomdoring now to get unenemied I have to like trans Influence or pay 100000000gold...I think what I purpose would help poor people like myself with mistakes they have had in their lifes

Sorry...no. Enemying is there for a reason.

If you want to be unenemied, bother one of your city/communemembers with rather high influence to try diplomacy a few times (complete unenemying is random). Alternately, you could just cough up a lot of money and hope for a successful parley.

The biggest Parley I've heard of was 250 thousand not 100 million.

And Trans (actually it's Expert for Amnesty, and Mythical for diplomacy) influencing only gives you a SMALL percentage chance each time you get a certain timed (in months) reprieve, that the unenemying will be forever instead.

Edit:The best and fastest way to get unenemied is just to pay through the nose. Also I think it's good that enemy status sticks around, people need to know that if you just hop guilds you are still going to have consequences.

For villages, I think the standard for unenemying is 50,000? 250,000 for Cosmic Planes?

That's what I've heard at least. If you want cheap, just have a friend try diplomacy for you every now and then. You'll get it eventually.
