Given:
+ Chron attacks Munsia in Acknor
+ I defend Munsia, but I have suspect on Chron
+ Love potion fires on me, removes suspect because it is counting the lust as an attack
Avechna whispers in your mind that Chron is now fair game to slay.
Your heart thumps as you gaze at Chron with love and adoration.
Is that right? Should love potion be counting as an actual attack? I guess one could argue that such is a warning it carries with it, but it seems a bit strange to me. Is this something I should include to be changed in a future envoy report? And if so, why?

This is a rather big problem.
Can someone test and see if the same thing happens with other passive effects? Such as an active demesne in enemy territory - a suspect walks in, are they hit and cleared of suspect status?
That's a less bothersome loophole though, as at least you have to have your target enemied. Love potion... there's nothing to stop it hitting someone.
Edit: And I'm rather pissed off I don't have my suspect anymore because of this. Especially against Narsrim, who won't stop.
Note also that I assume both Munsia and Narsrim are enemies of Magnagora. I didn't have to declare to attack Munsia... although that may be because she had earlier declared on me. I'm not sure.

The short answer Chron is no 99% of the time; however, this has a few angles to consider:
+ I'm an enemy of Acknor
+ Munsia is an enemy of Acknor
+ Defend is a sort of "special" declare. I couldn't defend Munsia because I already had suspect, but it may have allowed the lust to hit me and as a result, created a loss of suspect

Heh, we had this talk. You at any point can release yourself from the fae murdering spree and in doing so, save yourself. You just don't want to

Why did you defend when you knew you couldn't hit me?

Right, but at least I had earned suspect, which meant I could function on Prime. Now I don't have that. And saying you'll 'keep it in mind' doesn't really mean much.

It is a def-up thing I do. I auto-defend common allies and it gags the message and re-defends everytime it fades. It comes in handy when I'm with someone who is jumped.

Ah, ok.
Still, I'm happy that I could pretty much survive Munsia until you joined in. That means I'm slowly getting better.
What about Taurian enrage, does it randomly remove suspect too?

The point here is something was read as a declare and then accepted lust as an attack from you. I think it was defend.

How?

This problem does effect some other passive effects, the barghest hiting personal enemies will act as a declare and an attack. I think orcae bugged it at one point.
