You need some sort of IRC chat client, like mIRC or Ircle or something, then you just put in the server and join the channel #lusternia

I use Klient as my IRC client, but it isn't free.

Chatzilla, Trillian, and GAIM are all free and work fine. Trillian and GAIM also handle AIM/MSN/Yahoo messenging. Chatzilla is a Firefox/Mozilla extension.
