I'm a blacktalon now. I have nature, totems and get to choose between dreamweaving, runes, or ecology. I am trying to find out which is best for pvp. Especially since I doubt I will be a tanky fighter. I go more for speed and affliction based. I've heard rumors that dreamweaving can be nasty if you are good with it. What are you thoughts and advice.

Thank you,

Fallen Angel, Gabreil

All three guild skills are powerful inside your demensce, Runelore and dreamweaving isnt so good outside your demensce. Ecology has more utility than the others but dreamweaving has sneaky spying abilites, Ecology for combat and all around utility, dreamweaving if you want to be able to attack people from a distance.

Runes are also useful as a semi-trade skill because they are needed for statues.

Hm, sorry that I wasn't able to talk more about your race yesterday, but if you want to be faster, you should switch afaster race like furrikin/mugwum/faeling on higher levels.

Is it really that profitable? How much can you sell runes for and do they get sold often or is it like once in a blue moon for statues?

It would depend on location. I know they are a royal pain to find and I'm willing to pay 300 gold a piece for statues when I need them. While yes, its not a true trade skill, it still has potential.
