Hammers should not have higher precision than morningstars...

You can get higher precision on Morningstars and Scimitars, unfortunately their speed is so pitiful that it's not worth using at all.

agree with terenas here, while the precision is higher, the fact that base damage on a scim/star is around 80 or so, it's impossible to get that speed where you need it to be.

I ment Precision over time... as thats all that really matters anyway....

affliction rate matters too (aka number of hits over time)
