I'm not really certain how to deal with hypochondria myself, since my system is still very much in the works. However, also because it's still so underdeveloped (I have most of the actual system, just not most of the messages) hypochondria doesn't effect me much. I just have diag triggers that only activate when I type diagnose (to prevent illusions) that detects hypochondria.

I'm not sure how to deal with it in general, since there isn't a specific angel message for it. What I do for the most part is only trigger the secondary effects by themselves -- things like "You hobble slowly" and "You must stand up from the ground before you can do that". Everything else I try to trigger the attack that goes with it. I'm not sure if this will work for everything, but it lets me ignore hypochondria until I have a second to diagnose.

Sip allheale ASAP, and get rid of that damn recklessness

Okay, one suggestion. Don't try to attack while off balance, it will just make the time longer you need to regain.
