Preeetty much.
Right now, I'm relocating Verithrax in Deepnight, and giving him an extra room. I'm going to lose about 150k, but I get his org headquartered within my manse, so I gain people and traffic. I'm trying to minimize my losses by selling his manse (soon to be mine, probably tonight) at the most I can. Naturally, I'd like to keep it as close to the base price as possible, but being a realist, I know I'm not going to get that, or else people would just buy their own place.
So... let's say I drop the price of the two extra rooms to 100k each, saving you 100k from a new one, and the fulcrux for 250k, saving you 100k on that as well.
So... Somewhere around 450k, instead of 650k.
