Just wondering if anybody likes anything they saw in the various E3 game coverage.

Bioshock is probably the one I'd like to see. Was a big fan of System Shock and the Thief series. I also liked what I saw with Assassin's Creed but that looks to be PS3 only.

One of the best pieces of coverage I saw was Robin Williams Designing a Spore creature.

As a great enthusiast of SS 1 (nice jump! - haha, pun) & 2, I concur with Phred - Bioshock is what I'm waiting for. Spore looks fun too.

I'll be getting a PS3 just for Assassin's Creed. Nothing else looked all that interesting to me.

Bioshock for me, definitely. Absolutely can't wait for that.

Fire Emblem for Wii

I had a bit of amusement while watching the Microsoft Press Conference. Bill Gates came on, and they made a big deal about how it was his first time at E3, but what really amused me was when he said he was "so happy to get an invite and to come here"... I was sitting there thinking, what, are we meant to believe that generally Bill Gates ISN'T sent an invite to E3?

Just Spore, mostly.

I might end up getting a Wii, in which case some of the other games would interest me, but I don't know.

You know gaming has become big business when WIll Wright can get Robin Williams to talk in a conference. I can't wait for that game.

Well, actually, Robin Williams was a big fan of Populous and Black and White. (There was a 60 minute version of that video which I guess is still on joystiq somewhere, where he mentions this). I know somebody said he had been known to play RPGs now and then. He's really more "geek" than people realize.

New Mario, Metroid, Super Smash Brothers, uh .. anything Wii really. It looks like the games could be a ton of fun, and they are going back to the routes of gaming. PS3 I found extremely disappointing, even Xbox360 fell short. Wii won E3 for sure.

He does? Did nobody see him on almost every channel advertising for RV? it was distrubing.

Twilight Princess and Red Steel on the Wii, Halo 3 and Gears of War on the 360, God of War 2 on the PS3.

Not movies, products, like the mac

On a more serious note - Nomura's surprise wasn't all that great, Wii is going to rock, and that.. Mistwalker game having its art done by Toriyama is both a turn off and a blessing.

super smash brothers look like it could be interesting, provided they don't make it extremely combo oriented like other fighting games. I also like how they're putting in Zero Suit Samus, and are they really putting snake in it?
