mountain range can be felt. Upon some of the high crags at this level of the
mountain, eagle nests can be seen, and occasionally some of these regal birds
can be spotted circling overhead. The view here is breathtaking, for it is
higher than the mountain range and almost all of Lusternia can be viewed
stretching from the Marne Ocean to the Skarch desert.

See, novices yell inappropriate things or stick things where they don't belong and can get away with it because they are novices. That is, killing them would bring on some punishments.
