A new skill for arts: make cigarettes/rolled paper with herbs in them. Part of Papercraft.

Syntax
CIGAR CUT PAPER

Message: You cut your paper into 5/10 unrolled cigars
Remove 1 paper from inventory
add 5 or 10 rolls

CIGART ROLL
You roll up your paper into a nice cigar.

Smoke Cigar
You take a long drag of your cigar

I know, but personally, I think it would be nice mostly for RP purposes. No, it's -really- not useful for combat, but it could be fun to play with for IC reasons. *shrug* I think it could just add another little detail of flavour to an already wonderful game! I doubt it'll ever see existance, but I still want to know what you all think. Thoughts?

Kahazul's badass image cannot be complete until he's reclining in his throne, feet on desk, puffing a kombu cigar. This would be easy to achieve through emotes, though... and I believe I will do just that!

This should actually probably go in Herbs as a seperate skill ability to make various smoking "mixtures" where you need a base of certain herbs, but then you can add something else to get special scents.. so "a sparkleberry cigar" would emit smoke scented and flavored like sparkleberries. And you could have a variety of different suitable herbs (like wormwood for the tainted folks, and pennyroyal for all the silly forestrals )
