What is the stance on importing famous games from RL into Lusty? For example, would it be okay if my character wanted to host a quiz in jeapordy style? And what should it be called, can it still be named Jeapordy? I know that we have blackjack and roulette, but it's mainly these gameshows and other common well-known games (charades, uhm, hot potato) that I'm wondering about.
And to avoid making too many threads, when is Lusternia's peak time, when most players are on? (day and time frame)

Trademarks can't be used, or proper names, unless the game is traditional/in the public domain such as chess or parcheesi, or things like Charades. A game itself is not forbidden, I think.
Lusternia peak time, my best guess, is probably between 4pm-Midnight EDT, with more people likely on during the weekends. This sort of accomodates people from England and Europe as well as the States.
