You say to Kissos, "You again, fatty?"

She is an ordinary human and a tall, yet morbidly obese woman. Rolls of fat
jiggle down her frame, convulsing with every step she takes. A pudgy, round
faceholds beady little eyes that gleam piercingly into their surroundings.
Hair flows down her head in tangles, unkempt and slick with oil. With every
breathe she takes, her body roils and shifts, a pure display of ugliness. She
is wearing an earth-toned dress.

You leap into the air and launch a flying kick at Kissos.
You connect!

Ooparu shifts her eyes suspiciously from side to side.

A reflection of Ooparu blinks out of existence.
Ooparu raises her arms and a gust of wind slams into you.

Orti gives Kissos the once over.

Arix rolls on the floor, laughing.

You peer at Ooparu unscrupulously.

You leap into the air and launch a flying kick at Kissos.
You connect!

Mistress of Dreams, Ooparu d'Murani says, "Mederrrrrach stooop."

You say, "She's so pudgy, you can't help but kick her like a ball."

Haiden blinks.

Ooparu gives Kissos a compassionate hug.

Ooparu raises her arms and a gust of wind slams into you.
You resist the attempt to move you.

Mistress of Dreams, Ooparu d'Murani says, "Dammmn."

Ooparu gives a pained sigh.

Trooper Haiden says to you, "A tad cruel."

You leap into the air and launch a flying kick at Kissos.

Orti gives Kissos the once over.

Ooparu slaps you on the cheek.

Ooparu blinks.

Mistress of Dreams, Ooparu d'Murani says, "Enough."

You say to Haiden, "I'm simply looking out for her health."

You narrow your eyes at Ooparu in an unnerving manner.

You say to Ooparu, "Do not lay your hands upon me."

Haiden softly chants into the ear of Kissos, who leans forward expectantly.

You say to Ooparu, "You forget your place."

Mistress of Dreams, Ooparu d'Murani says, "Then you leave Kissos alone."

Apprentice Jaidon says, "Who want to join me in a kicking contest."

Mistress of Dreams, Ooparu d'Murani says, "You're no higher then me if you
continue to treat her like that."

You say, "Excuse me?"

Mistress of Dreams, Ooparu d'Murani says, "You heard me."

You say to Ooparu, "I far outrank you, and you best remember that."

Mistress of Dreams, Ooparu d'Murani says, "I do remember it."

Jaidon rolls his eyes.

Mistress of Dreams, Ooparu d'Murani says, "But it doesn't stop you from being
an arse none-the-less."

You say to Ooparu, "You are in no place to question my actions or motives."

You say to Ooparu, "What I do I do for the greater good of both the fatty and
the Empire."

Mistress of Dreams, Ooparu d'Murani says, "Stop it."

Trooper Haiden asks you, "Curious...is it common for leaders to degrade the
young?"

You say to Haiden, "I am teaching the girl a lesson. Have you SEEN her?"

Penitent Arix Carthan says, "Kissos?"

Trooper Marlucia De'Unnero says, "What girl?"

You say to Haiden, "She is a hindrance to the Empire."

Trooper Yuniko Saitama says, "If it is for their health, and the betterment of the Empire, why not?"

You nod your head at Arix.

Arix shudders violently.

Orti gives a pained sigh.

Penitent Arix Carthan says, "She makes me want to stop cooking and be a bookbinder."

You say to Haiden, "Her bodymass had left indentations on the flooring of the
Necropolis just last month..."

Apprentice Jaidon says, "I didn't see what you did to him."

You say to Haiden, "She is too fat to be of any use to the Empire or to herself."

Trooper Haiden says to you, "So I suppose that we all should either be slender
or bulky with muscle in our frames."

You say to Haiden, "Not at all. Look at her, and you shall understand."

Trooper Yuniko Saitama says, "Well, we could always try to hoist her in the air
and drop her unto Celest and see what happens."

Trooper Haiden says to you, "Judge her not by her appearance, but by her
attitude and her ability in this City."

You say to Haiden, "I shall judge as I wish, Trooper."

You say to Haiden, "Look at her, that is an order."

You telekinetically lift Kissos into the air and give a psychi
c push.
Kissos cries out in surprise as she is lifted up into the air.
Arms windmilling wildly, Kissos flies off to the south.

You wipe the back of your hand across your head in relief as you mutter,
"Whew."

Stagar looks about himself suspiciously.

Apprentice Orti, Klaymech's Dreamer says, "Gods."

You say, "Even lifting her with my mind was a challenge."

Apprentice Orti, Klaymech's Dreamer says, "Gorgulu is handsome."

Trooper Haiden says, "..."

You narrow your eyes at Ooparu in an unnerving manner.

You say to Ooparu, "Watch your mouth, woman."

Trooper Haiden says to you, "Her only problem is that she is not done growing, as hardly any in this basin are."

Trooper Haiden says to you, "None of us are done growing, may it be
physically..."

You say to Haiden, "Not... done... growing."

You say to Haiden, "Are you kidding me?"

Shinza smirks.

Trooper Yuniko Saitama says, "She grows any more she'll be as big as the City
itself."

Trooper Haiden says to you, "Or in our attitudes."

Haiden peers at you unscrupulously.

You say to Haiden, "She has grown FAR TOO MUCH."

A little later…

You step up to Kissos and, in one smooth motion, backhand her viciously across
the face.

You say to Kissos, "Well, girl? Have you learnt your lesson yet?"

Kissos lets out a massive belch into the air.

Penitent Arix Carthan says, "I'm telling you, my diet is foolproof."

You say to Arix, "Perhaps we should begin with it..."

You say to Arix, "Botulinum was it?"

You notice a terrible smell in the air and see that Kissos is trying to look
inconspicuous.

Penitent Arix Carthan says, "Botulinum and booze."

Jaidon rolls his eyes.

Apprentice Orti, Klaymech's Dreamer says, "GODS!"

Yuniko viciously smacks Kissos about the chops.

Trooper Stagar Vae'Sant says, "...disgusting."

Shinza nods her head in agreement.

Trooper Yuniko Saitama says, "Try to not kill us all with your stench?"

You say, "Oh Gods above..."

Jaidon peers at Kissos unscrupulously.

You say, "She's both fat AND flatulent."

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "It wasn't me!"

You give a pained sigh.

You step up to Kissos and, in one smooth motion, backhand her viciously across

You say, "It's all that beef and pork she's been eating..."

Trooper Yuniko Saitama says, "Lying now, are you?"

Trooper Haiden exclaims, "Maddness!"

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "It's not my fault my bum makes noises.."

Haiden gives Orti the once-over, eyeing him suspiciously.

under her armpits until she is squeaky clean.

You say to Kissos, "Fat little girl... when will you learn how to behave
properly?"

Kissos leans on Ooparu seeking consolation.

You look about yourself, rubbing your chin thoughtfully.

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "They're being mean!"

Penitent Arix Carthan says, "They eat the food."

You say, "It's all that blubber... it defends her."

Jaidon gives Kissos the once-over, eyeing her suspiciously.

Kissos collapses into Ooparu arms and begins to cry.

Ooparu strokes Kissos's head in consolation.

Trooper Haiden says, "Purely sickening."

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "I'm not sick!"

Trooper Haiden says, "Not you, young one."

Haiden peers at Kissos unscrupulously.

Ooparu stares implacably at you.

Mederrach moves up to Kissos and shoves her violently,
laughing as she rolls over and over like a gigantic ball of jiggling fat.

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "Owwww."

Kissos sits down.

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "Can't... get up..."

Jaidon smirks.

Penitent Arix Carthan says, "Probably."

You say to Kissos, "See? Look what your fat has done to you!"

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "Stop it!"

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "Make me stand..."

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "Please."

Tears fill Kissos's eyes and begin to slowly run down her face.

Apprentice Jaidon says to Kissos, "I wonder how you'll react being on fire."

Shinza Tharedia looks skeptical and says, "Bonfire."

Haiden shakes his head at Telrath.

Ooparu rolls her eyes.

Mederrach bows his head in silent chanting, raising his hand
in the air.

Flames suddenly leap around the room, tendrils
of crimson fire. They slowly wrap around Kissos in circles threateningly.

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "Noooo."

Ooparu blinks.

You say to Kissos, "Hrm... burn off the fat, shall we?"

Ooparu gives a pained sigh.

Shinza taps her fingers together and murmurs, "Excellent..."

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos exclaims, "NO!"

Throwing back her head, Kissos screams agonizingly.

Mederrach points a finger at Kissos and snaps.

Kissos whimpers like a wounded puppy.

Trooper Stagar Vae'Sant averts his gaze from the burning woman, grooming a
blood stain from his fur.

Trooper Stagar Vae'Sant says, "That is disgusting."

Anja raises an eyebrow questioningly.

The tendrils of flame obey like a pack of dogs, swarming about Kissos' flesh and searing a few spots of her skin.

Throwing back her head, Kissos screams agonizingly.

Orti wrinkles his nose in revulsion and says "Yuuuuucckk!"

Rubbing his hands together, Jaidon grins with evil satisfaction.

Shinza Tharedia says to Stagar, "Oh really, she should be enjoying it, honey."

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos exclaims, "AHHHHHH!!!"

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "OH MY GODS STOP."

Shinza Tharedia says to Stagar, "Pain is a beautiful sensation, after all."

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos exclaims, "AHHHH!!!"

Throwing your hands in the air, you toss your head back and laugh sadistically.

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "IT BURNS."

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos exclaims, "IT HURTS!!!"

The tendrils of flame continue to dance around Kissos, poking at her almost tauntingly as it continues to burn her flesh. The smell of burning fat lingers on.

Orti snaps his fingers and warm water showers down upon Kissos, who scrubs
under her armpits until she is squeaky clean.

Ooparu rolls her eyes.

Ooparu shakes her head.

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos exclaims, "STOP IT MR. CHAMPION!!"

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "IT HURTS."

You shake your head at Kissos.

Throwing back her head, Kissos screams agonizingly.

Ooparu leaves to the north.

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "I'M MELTING."

Pupil Alan says, "I didn't even know flame magic that.. delicate.. was possible
at this point."

You say to Kissos, "Only until you swear to eat nothing but vegetables ever
again."

You say to Kissos, "Yes, that IS the point."

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "I'LL DO IT."

You say to Alan, "I am quite skilled at manipulating the elements."

Mederrach snaps his fingers, and you watch in amazement as the
flames suddenly disappear.

You nod your head at Kissos.

far too much of it though.."

The water falling from Kissos' flesh forms a puddle on the ground, small bubbles of oil and melted fat failing to mix with the water completely.

You nod your head at Alan.

"Ewwwwwwwww!" says Orti in disgust.

Shinza Tharedia says, "Where is Tully when you need him.."

You say, "Indeed. This girl is such a tax even on Magnagoran labour."

Jaidon shivers violently.

You say to Kissos, "Now, swear upon your new diet, fatty!"

Tears fill Kissos's eyes and begin to slowly run down her face.

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "I... swear..."

Trooper Haiden says, "Sickening..."

You say, "Ah, everyone, do look closely at the girl..."

You say, "See what we have accomplished."

Shinza ponders Kissos thoughtfully, looking her up and down.

Haiden shakes his head.

She is an ordinary human and a tall, yet disturbing figure. Black pockets of
scarry tissue hang from her body, her flesh a deep, dark red from a horrible
accident with flames. Reminiscent of her previous state, blobs of fat are
congealed in a few places along her form, though it has mostly been burned
away. Where once hair stood is nothing but shiney, burnt flesh. Her eyes remain
intact somehow, though her eyelids have been torn away from the horrible
flames. She is wearing an earth-toned dress.

"Ewwwwwwwww!" says Jaidon in disgust.

Trooper Haiden says to you, "Corrupted."

"Ewwwwwwww!" says Orti to Kissos.

Tears fill Kissos's eyes and begin to slowly run down her face.

Apprentice Orti, Klaymech's Dreamer says, "She looks like Gorgulu."

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "YOU RUINED ME."

Apprentice Orti, Klaymech's Dreamer says, "But not as big."

You say to Haiden, "She is most certainly in a better state than she previously
was."

Trooper Yuniko Saitama says, "She looks much better."

Trooper Haiden says, "You will all someday suffer this young girl's
pain...sickening, you all are for causing such pain."

Trooper Haiden says, "I frown upon each and every one of you."

Trooper Yuniko Saitama says to Kissos, "Trust me, compared to what you looked
like before, you look beautiful."

Pupil Alan says, "I wonder if if even Gorgulu would eat her."

Apprentice of Earth, Kissos says, "I am ugly... and ruined..."

Apprentice Orti, Klaymech's Dreamer says to Kissos, "No, you are pretty."

Penitent Arix Carthan says, "Could be worse Kissos."

Penitent Arix Carthan says, "You could be ugly, ruined, and nekkid."

Apprentice Orti, Klaymech's Dreamer says, "Just look at the plage lord."

Was fun to watch.

And now I present to you: The Cruel and the Overweight - Episode One.

I really don't find that funny. Just looks like people being tools.

Elaborate on this term you use.. Tool. Somehow I don't think we fall under the category of being "used" by anyone in that little Rp bit. So, try again, and alas, it's a game so there will be evil.

I must say I'm personally disgusted by this... but knowing it's just a game and it's all roleplay(I really hope you guys are not this mean OOC), I must say I'm (scarily) impressed by the scene. This kind of RP is what I've always expected from the Taint. Can't believe I'm saying it, but I very much feel like making a Magnagoran character and learn to toughen up with the scary environment...

I also feel sorry for Ooparu, Haiden and anybody else there who are really nice people and had to endure watching that scene firsthand. Cause really, this is quite a scary scene for non Intensive RPers...

I didn't like that. I can see why, but I didn't like reading that. It made me feel physically sick. Also, it looks like the only things Mederrach resorted to doing there was kicking and backslapping Kissos. A bit more variety would have been... 'good'. I saw 'Mederrach steps up to Kissos and, in one smooth motion, backhands her viciously across the face.' every other page which just got repetitive and dull.

I have mixed feelings about those logs.

by the way, I have a question. Isn't this kind of cruelty kinda ISSUE-able as harassment?

Candice: Probably yes. But there's more going on there than meets the eye.

Tool in this context, means something like "idiot", "dickhead", "wanker", etc.

EDIT: Perhaps it's an Australian slang. Still, fitting.

I suspect the person playing was fully wanting to be abused. Note her description.



How many players would describe themselves in self-loathing terms like that? Most characters are usually idealized images and tend to be more like a supermodel or a movie star than what we look like in real life. I believe the player wanted to be the butt of abuse. Probably somebody's alt.

I'm not really keen on making fun of fat people though, and it obviously strikes a nerve with some players. It seems boring.

RP-wise: Isn't Gorgulu the prince of gluttony. If so, this person shouldn't get the treatment that she is getting--maybe Gorgulu might want to smack some people down for this. I could see Gorgulu disembowling some of these guys and then feeding her some fresh sausage.

And Tully better not see this or else he's gonna smack some people down with his mop.

It made me kind of sad.

I can get why you would think this is cool, but I don't get why you would think it's funny.

Yeah, I agree. I think it's clever and well-played, but its not that humorous, is it?

It's not funny, it's a nice show of RP, especially on her part, because it seems she was cool with all of it. Could've been done better, though, with less of a juvenile approach. But yeah, don't see why it belongs here.

IT is the only subfourm that tells you to post quotes/stories.

I just don't like the idea of making fun of someone because they are fat, but I suppose it's not worse than the racism ingrained into the game or whatever. I get protective of people when they're being made fun of (even if she did go along with it or not) it's one of the few things that will get me angry, don't mind me.

Yeah, I have to say if I didn't know who Kissos was, I would be utterly disgusted, even if the character was obviously looking to get a reaction.
