I just made a character, and he is going to either be a pureblade or blademaster. I am not sure which city I want him in, or which commune. Could some one list the best warrior races for a city/commune., thanks.

Elfen in Seren
Merian in Celest
Faeling in Glomdoring
Igasho for blademaster
Orclach for pureblade
Loboshigaru
Aslaran(good choice because it's fast)
that's about it

Anything I mentioned except Merian, Elfen and Faeling works

Krokani are best if you want bonecrushers. He says he's going with the bladed route

Loboshigaru rules.
Unless you will be have credits to get Flex and Surge, maybe Geburah or Yellow too.

Igasho are too slow to be good, really. And don't take Pureblade - you will disappoint yourself.
Now, race viability. Here we go:
Aslaran: good, fast. Solid choice regardless of specialisation.
Dracnari: somewhat strong, tough... well, healing penalty hurts them a lot. Decent.
Dwarf: too slow, too weak. Sorry, can't encourage this one as a viable choice. Extra accuracy for Axelords, but I still wouldn't hassle.
Elfen: good choice for Serenwilde, but make sure you actually receive the specialisation (read: don't select hunting, but totems). Otherwise, worthless.
Faeling: good for Glomdoring, don't take hunting. Otherwise, worthless (although some less-than-well informed people might think the lvl 3 balance bonus makes them good. Wrong).
Furrikin: fast, but too weak. I wouldn't hassle.
Human: good choice. Gets experience quickly, and has good stats on higher levels.
Igasho: as I said, too slow. Extra accuracy for Blademasters, but it's not good enough to be a saving grace.
Krokani: strong, agile (dexterity matters little though), tough. Good choice, extra accuracy for Bonecrushers.
Loboshigaru: health regeneration, very good. Susceptible to magic, apart from that they're a solid choice, especially for low level characters. Somewhat worse on higher levels though.
Lucidian: next.
Merian: look at Elfen, replace Serenwilde with New Celest and Totems with Rituals.
Mugwump: next.
Orclach: a good choice, fairly resistant to everything and buff. Better than Loboshigaru once you can afford health potions and mercy enchantments. Extra accuracy for Pureblade, but Pureblades are still weaker than Blademasters.
Tae'dae: read my signature. Short version: too slow. You'll fall asleep at the keyboard.
Taurian: nice. Has the potential to be the strongest race (enrage), is also tough. As good as Orclach and Krokani.
Trill: chicken wings? Sorry, I'll pass.
Viscanti: race specialisation for Magnagora. Sip penalty = hurts. Not as powerful as other org-typical races (elfen, merian, faeling), better than Dracnari.
So, it goes like this:
Human (high levels)
aslaran
Elfen (Serenwilde, with Totems)
Merian (New Celest, with Rituals)
Faeling (Glomdoring, with Totems)
Krokani
Taurian
Orclach
Loboshigaru (high levels)
Viscanti (Magnagora, with Rituals)
Dracnari
Igasho
Lucidian
Trill
Dwarf
Furrikin
Mugwump
Tae'dae
unspecced Merian, Elfen, Faeling, Viscanti
