here's the background I have wrote for my dracnari, just wondering its ok.
I don't really know what perspective it should be in.

I stood before the portal of fate, the voices of fates still ringing in my ears. My memory of events before the portal of fate is rather clouded all I can remember is my name Klauth, the smell of sand and the feel of intense heat. Also just as I left the portal of fate their was the feeling of rage in the back of my mind, but this rage was not unfamiliar, I was certain I had felt the same rage before. Then I was struck by a sharp pain in my left arm, that’s when I noticed the brand in the shape of a ball of fire on my arm. When I touched the brand, a memory flashed in my mind of a human man branding the mark into my arm with a evil grin on his face. A hatred induced rage swept over me and all I could think of was that man, I decided from then I would have to get stronger if was going to find out more about this brand and take revenge the one who placed in on me. I shall not tolerate or trust any human from now on and the only way I will feel better is if I cause their race as much pain is possible. I joined the Geomancers because of my affinity for earth and especially fire and with the hope of gained the power I need to complete my goals.

Just to point this out... Klauth is the name of an important NPC in Forgotten Realms.. And I'm an incorrigible nitpick, so that really irritates me as Klauth is a dracnari and Klauth (The original) is an elder red dragon...

There was an Xerxes, not sure if it was changed as Im not on right now, and that is the name of a king of Persia who fought against Greece in the Persian Wars.

Its a nice background, maybe a little more description, but may be just right for the starting of it. Its ultimately up to you, but its a good start thats for sure. Good job.

hehehe...yeah I know, I wanted a dragon name for him and Klauth was the only one I liked. Also it was the only one that was not like 12 letters long

I have no idea who my parents are or if I have any siblings but if their out there I’ll find them. Also just as I left the portal of fate I was struck by a sharp pain in my left arm, that’s when I noticed the brand in the shape of a ball of fire on my arm. When I touched the brand, a memory flashed in my mind or maybe it was a dream, but anyway it was of a dracnari standing atop a tall sand dune. He was looking out across the desert at great city far off in the distance but then suddenly the city vanishes right before my eyes in a burst of light. Some how I knew that the city’s name was Gaudiguch and that it was the lost homeland of my people. I’ve decided that I would have to get stronger if was going to restore my people, so I joined the Geomancers because of my affinity for the earth and especially fire and with the hope of gaining the power I need to complete my goals. I don’t fully trust these unscaled their ways seem rather strange to me and I believe them to be weak in comparison to the mighty Dracnari.

Lord DIKU fought SMAUG for who shall be the next Sith Lord... don't you know?

Smaug is also the name of a codebase that is used in MUD creation. DIKU is another common MUD codebase.
