EDIT: When are they going to fix this? It's kind of annoying all sun positions have been off by one since it came out.
It would probably be better if they just changed the HELP file instead of changing the code.

Eh, I emailed a correct version to Lisaera once, it didn't go in. Just do what I did and remember that they change on the 15th, not 16th.

Yeah but I just want to make sure they don't end up changing it because when I make a new character I aim for certain astrological signs and if they suddenly change it that would suck.
