Can someone please explain how the buff change works because for some reason I only get +1 charisma from thrones now....

I'll try to make it as graphic as possible.

and so on.

So, if you have a throne and netzach, which is +3, your real gain to charisma is only +2.

Mmhm. If you sat on your throne first you would've gotten +2 and netzach would've done nothing noticable.

Geburah should weight 2 instead of one... I mean, it's 3 freaking power and you get weight 3 with flex which costs nothing(but then again, flex is a wee higher)

Flex+Geburah still gives +3 strength, just as it would have before, Corinthian.
