As long as you are under amnesty, further negotiations DURING the period is futile. You have to wait for the amnesty to wear off.

Yes, but it is a very small one. I think I've gotten amnesty 2-3 dozen times from the Verasavir tribe and haven’t stumbled on that chance yet. I only have 50% Expert Influencing though, I'm told having trans influencing might increase that chance slightly, I know it -does- increase the length of a temporary reprieve.

Hmmm its totally random so far as I know, I DID get FULL reprieve on my very first use of the skill for myself against the ghost wolves
