I was told there were mappers for imperian and lusternia but I can not seem to find one for lusternia..any advice on where I could find one would be greatly appreciated, dont need a trigger system and cure system, just a mapper.

Some clients allow you to use AutoMappers...

If you're using zMUD, I can help you with triggers and configuration file. However, I assume you're referring to Whyte's IMTS that does mapping and curing stuff and that you want it because your client doesn't support automapping.
