Same thing with players. I had a bug in my system in Achaea that cause me to keep enemying Sarapis, because it was doing ENEMY 1 instead of ENEMY %1.

Did anyone check numbers beyond 421? Just because one place is vacant, doesn't mean others are. That's how it works with people's numbers at least.

You can also declare by number as well.
