Bleh, looking at Artisanals and all these pics here can be so intimidating, but here goes nothing...
This is the general idea I have of Zalana so far, it needs a lot of work, (and needs to be redone completely cause my sibling got curry on it
). I'm thinking I need to make her more muscular, and adding a much more interesting armour design. 
And of course making her body more balanced.
And here is a completed picture of Reiha as a Merian I drew when I first played. Ildaudid keeps on making fun of her ears and hair...

I'm having a wee problem with resizing it, it always comes out choppy *puppydog eyes*

Nice work. I always enjoy it when people draw with pencil and paper since it's my favorite method of drawing as well. I'd love to see more of them.

As for re-doing and refining things, lightboxes are useful, ever so useful for that. I have one! (Well, ok, less lightbox, more old bathroom tile off-cuts, garage lamp, cardboard box and a glass door I found in the garden, but still.
)
It's odd the way the second one is so different in style to the first one. Still very pretty though!
