As a word of advice, from someone who's sold multiple manses (I think three so far) and or rooms, if you price it at 300-325k it'll sell better. I've found that people don't care about furniture extras, and they'd rather buy their own than take someone else's for the same price.

Thus the asking price and the willingness to bargain. Really, I can't let it go for less than 300k. I still owe Kiarlea 250k.
